    what I do not like is the new version that is now being sold for the same price but only 2.5oz instead of 3oz. I also do not care for the consistency of the gel. It is more like a cream than a gel. The old version in the green package is still being advertised, but all I ever received lately is the new version in the dark blue box. I guess, I will not order it anymore. I feel the original version should not be advertised anymore, if it is not available. That is just too bad.

    This works really well for me. I've used arnica cream before, and was quite surprised that the gel was runny and brown, but it works. I've used it on sore muscles quite a bit. One thing; it does leave hands feeling sticky, but in thinking about it, I wash my hands after I use any muscle cream/gel, whatever, so I don't touch my eyes or something. Works well, good price.

All our more-experienced athlete friends have trusted arnica montana for decades. I like the gel ('not a fan of taking tablets). Just rub it in liberally and let it dry. I hope it works as well for you. Oh yeah, we also like Hyland's comparatively low price. This 3 oz. tube goes a long way.

    I have osteo-arthritis in my hands. It can get very painful in the winter. I live in Maine, so on really cold days my hands hurt all the time. Ibuprofren helps, but I don't like to take that regularly.
