I have seen some reviews about assembly. You have to follow the directions, if you do it goes together easily. It will take more than one person, but this is a large dollhouse so that should not be surprising. Don't jump ahead at all and follow the instructions. If you can't find the instructions like I just had happen email Wicked Cool Toys the manufacturer and they will send them to you in a PDF. Literally 20 minutes after I emailed them they sent them to me. Include the model number.
My daughter LOVED this dollhouse, we have had it for three years and she has decided she no longer wants it in her room. We are moving it to another room to keep for future use when we have family with kids here. It has held up and been used for hours of playtime. I love that it has 6 rooms tall enough for her dolls and their furniture.

Huge dollhouse with EASY assembly
Ok so I received this last night for my daughters birthday. Due to the reviews and difficulty putting together expressed in those reviews I bought this early plus I got a great deal.. home sick today so decided to open the box and check it out... outside box has a pic of dollhouse and I would suggest taking a pic of that before throwing out as it helps with the particle board designs. Anyway, once box is open there are 3 other boxes with minimal styrofoam which was nice as I hate the stuff!!Anyway, in the pic with screws that's all you need to put everything together... some of the boards were slightly warped but that actually helped me get into place. I put this together alone in less then 100 minutes and I even screwed up and had to redo one of the long boards... very easy to put together in my opinion.. Christmas (2015) I bought a plastic expensive frozen dollhouse that took me 6 hours to put together and my daughter took about 5 minutes to take apart important pieces so I returned that...Anyway, she won't get this until next month so not sure how much she will love it but pretty sure it will be a HUGE hit!My biggest issue is that I put it together in the living room not really realizing how massive it is (dimensions were given but in person it's just massive!!) so not sure where to hide it .. lol was going to basement but no way I'm going to bring up 2 flights of steps next month haha...DONT BE AFRAID OF ASSEMBLY easy peasy!!!

I bought this to store the dolls and there furniture....now that it's built is a wonderful place to keep them...but putting this thing together was super difficult....you need two people and once it's built it can't be moved..its sturdy but only if not moved...the floors are flimsy and slide in so don't put heavy dolls on the top floors...im happy with it but wonder if we have to move will it be heavy or fall apart..its ok for now and doing it's job
