Kioken would still be the weakest not because of the strain on the body but because the multiplier for SSJ is far too simple. Let's assume SSJ1 is a multiplier of 50 what's USSJ1 (aka Ascended Saiyan)? When Vegita fights Cell he goes super Saiyan and powers up. If the 50 multiplier happens when he transforms and he powers up its more than 50. This doesn't even tell us where the form he went into was at in comparison to the regular SSJ or his base form. Considering what he did to Cell is say it's easily 100x base but idk how much stronger his base form was after losing to 18 and training.

What does the ki normally go into? SSJ1 was faster and stronger n muscles bigger than normal. SSJ2 muscles also get bigger and you are faster. Kioken your muscles get bigger and you are faster. It seems any type of powering up has that effect

I'm stating that any time a character powers up they are increasing their ki placing it in their muscles to make them stronger and faster. It's one of the things that happens when they power up and why attacks are stronger.

Vegita turned into a SSJ1 vs Semi Perfect Cell. That would mean he increased 50x his base. He then powered up from there to ASSJ. That indicates either ASSJ (or any power up once transformed) is beyond the original multiplier OR they transform into SSJ before they get to the max in their base. For the latter to be true one could power up in base then go straight into ASSJ as its always a 50x multiplier. Furthermore stronger = more ki in DBZ. Number 18 clearly comments on Vegita strength wondering if he was holding back vs her. Number 16 states he got much stronger in a short time. Vegita has more Ki which allows him to go into ASSJ not he has the same ki as before and he is just using it differently.

Kaioken x50 = SSJ. But it's pointless since Kaioken demolishes your body, and we don't even know if Goku's body would even handle a x50 without dying on the spot.

Woah , x100 would most likely make Goku explode on the spot ! But it's interesting to think about
