    Very much needed! So glad I went through with his purchase. Have been feeling super tense lately, being hunched over on my desk constantly as a student. I haven't been sleeping all that well and could feel lots of tension in my upper back. So I decided to try these massage balls out and I'm glad I did! The little "spikes" are great too - not too hard and uncomfortable, but not too soft either so you get a deep massage.

    Love these for my feet. They have really helped my plantar fasciitis. I use them sitting down when I'm watching tv. The best price I have found on Amazon.
