New “Dazzling Fruits Afternoon Tea,” presented daily from 14:00 to 17:00 hrs at Hanuman Bar on the lobby level of the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, features delicious cookies, cakes, truffles, tarts and scones made with an assortment of Thailand’s most popular favourite summer fruits such as dried mango, passion fruit and lemons. Chef Darren says that the seasonal fruits add delightful colours and flavours in true Thai style to classic afternoon tea. “It’s very hard to choose a personal favourite but I do believe that the lemon macaroons, dried mango scones and passion fruit truffles will be particularly popular with our guests.”
