English: The Carrie Tower, located in the northwest corner of the Brown University campus near the intersection of Waterman and Prospect Streets in Providence, Rhode Island, was bult in 1904 and was designed by Guy Lowell of Boston in a modernized English Baroque style. It is named after Carrie Mathilde Brown, daughter of Nichoas Brown, and was a gift of her husband, Paul Bajnotti of Turn, Italy, in her memory. (Source: Guide to Providence Architecture)
