The image had the wrong description "Monge Luca Pacioli" meaning "monk Luca Pacioli", this description has been there for 7 months now. It's a derivative of a 1495 painting of Luca Pacioli, but the main person on this image is another person who is unknown. It is unclear, where the photo in the middle of the derivative comes from and if it maybe only is a copy from the internet like the painting itself. There has been no hint on the description page that this screenshot is not only own work, but also a derivative of a 1495 painting and no attribution to the painter, therefore, it's likely that also the photograph has been made by another person.
The screenshot has only been used with this wrong description in the pt-article about Luca Pacioli which has been vandalism. Therefore, the file has been replaced by the real painting with Luca Pacioli a few days later. It has not been recognized as vandalism at first sight there. The screenshot seems to be a personal derivative (with unknown main person and with intentional assignment to the wrong person) with no other purpose than vandalism, so it should be deleted.
