The file currently hosted on Wikimedia Commons, which I believe violates copyright regulations as there is no evidence supporting its public domain status. Upon thorough examination, it appears that there is no clear indication or verifiable evidence suggesting that the file in question is in the public domain.   • I created this file long time ago. It is on a very renownded Indian singer. He is not related to me in any ways and I created the page just keep him in Wikipedia. So the page should be there. Best Regards, -Soomit 11:56, 28 December 2023 (UTC)

Deleted: per nomination, An image "in our family's photo collection" is absolutely not "own work" -- it is the work of whoever actually was the photographer. He or his heirs hold the copyright and your ownership of a paper copy of it does not give you the right to license it. --Gbawden (talk) 09:42, 24 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
