Deleted: I'm not sure the bust itself is from 1993 (that seems to be the year it was installed in this Tokyo park as a gift from Greece), but since there is no FoP for statues in Japan (or none that is free enough for Commons), to keep the file we'd need to know that the sculptor died at least 70 years ago.
