There is no panorama freedom in France Barzoï74 (talk) 09:23, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
- Whether this is technically France or not, "free" usage of the property for the purposes of memorialising is not restricted should Canadian law not support such restriction. See "Agreement Between Canada and France for the Cession to Canada..." This is not just a matter of the Canadian creators never being inclined to sue to protect their commercial interests (although I think that is a telling starting point), it is a matter of France agreeing with the Canadian government to lift its national restrictions in order to give Canada free use. Hence the "cession." And Canada would quite obviously not choose to apply FOP restrictions here that elsewhere are not applied for policy reasons.--Brian Dell (talk) 17:52, 5 April 2014 (UTC)
- Comment: This image should be undeleted in 2026 when 71 years passes after the death of the architect. The architect died in 1955. --Leoboudv (talk) 23:40, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
