English: An Arriva The Shires bus on Orange Route service 39 leaving High Wycombe bus station into Bridge Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Orange Route service 39 is part of the High Wycombe Rainbow Routes network, supported by Buckinghamshire County Council. The bus is an Optare Versa, registration mark YJ57 EKF, fleet number 2401. Optare Versas have an epecially long front overhang, and this image shows the bus grounding the front out on the ramp. A gouge in the road left from previous groundings is visible. When it happened, there was a very loud scrape. |
