This file requires updating because: China (PRC) claims Juguang, Lienchiang (formerly Baiquan) is a part of the PRC's Changle District, not the PRC's Lianjiang County. Therefore, those islands should be colored pale blue, not pale green. Also Dongyin, Lienchiang is missing completely. In doing so, you could add a timestamp to the file.
