Hidden twin?

Any moms of multiples have a hidden twin at your first ultrasound? The tech was very quick with the ultrasound...but it seemed pretty clear there was only one in there. And just one heartbeat. But now that we are home I'm looking at the picture and it looks like there's something (someone) else in there! Ultrasound done @11w
