For this WebQuest you are going to learn about the colors and meaning of the South African Flag.

Task

The aim of this exercise is to learn the colors and meanings of the South African Flag.If you get it wrong its okay you are allowed to try again. Make sure you look carefully. You will be naming colors and their meanings.

Step 1:

What country do we live in?

All together: (South Africa)

What colors are on our flag?

All: (Red, Blue, White, Gold, Green, and Black)

Do we have a flag in our classroom?/Point to it!

Do we know what the flag means? (We will find out!)

Step 2

 (Example: Holds hands together in groups of three, wave hands side to side to “What is red? What is Blue?” What is White? etc

What is Red?

All: Hardships
