Description

Base15 is a highly customizable industrial base within the M5 system. Similar to the PLC Base, it offers even higher levels of customization. The kit includes a Protoboard (universal board) that allows you to add your own circuit designs, and it comes with two Grove interface pads for easy circuit expansion. It also includes M-type waterproof connector components, allowing users to install them on the side or bottom of the base.

The "15" in Base15 refers to the base's height of 15 cm. Each side of the base can be freely disassembled, cut, and customized into different interfaces to meet various needs. For base customization, we provide a large number of structural component alternatives, all of which are open-source. You can use these designs to create 3D printing files or make secondary designs. Moreover, this base is fully compatible with M5 stacking modules and hardware expansion systems. On the bottom of the product, we offer two different mounting methods: rail mounting and hanging mounting.

The base is covered with an industrial-grade shell, and the freely combinable components provide infinite combinations, enabling you to create powerful and reliable industrial applications. For developers who are targeting industrial scenarios, require a certain level of protection, and want highly customizable projects, Base15 is an excellent solution.
