someone could try to state it politely but clearly: "fava" in Italy is a special type of beans, Vicia faba. In Tuscany however "fava" is used exclusively to indicate the male sexual organ. To indicate the Vicia faba, you really need to use "baccello". Marco Baldini being from Florence, I think the point could be mentioned, somehow.
