Ypsolopha parenthesella is a moth of the family Ypsolophidae. It is found from Europe to Japan, as well as north-eastern China, Asia Minor and mideast Asia.

The wingspan is 16–20 mm.Head white or ochreous-whitish. Forewings pale or rather deep golden-ochreous, with scattered blackish strigulae, sometimes much suffused with dark bronzy-fuscous; usually a white longitudinal blotch extending along or beneath basal half of costa; a blackish dot above tornus, and another at apex.Hindwings grey.Larva yellowish-green ; subdorsal line slender, yellowish ; dots black; head brownish.
