Anne Heung Hoi Lam (Traditional Chinese:向海嵐) (born October 2, 1974) is a Hong Kong actress for TVB. She often stars in action, comedy and politic TVB drama series. She has starred in many drama series like Detective Investigation Files, Riches and Stitches, The Charm Beneath, Seed of Hope and most notably The Legend Of Lady Yang in which she played the beloved concubine of the Tang emperor, Yang Gui Fei. Anne's birth parents were separated when her father was jailed. Her mother was rumored to have run an illegal abortion clinic, which she later abandoned and married another man when Anne was two years old. The family of three later immigrated to Canada when Anne was twelve. Anne studied economics at the University of British Columbia Canada. She hopes to take a break from entertainment to study law.

Anne is the aunt of Vinci Wong.

She now lives in Hong Kong.

Heung was crowned Miss Hong Kong in the year 1998, and she bagged 3 awards:
