Pastitsada (Template:Lang-el) is a casserole dish with meat in a tomato sauce with onion, red pepper, cinnamon, garlic and a lot of pasta. The meat mostly used is chicken. Today, beef or even lobster is used. Vegetarian and Vegan recipes, using Tofu, are also available.
