The Lavender cake and bread bakery/café is a highly frequentled spot, as is the Steamboat [[restaurant]]. Both are in the northern sector. Keembong is the third section of Johor Jaya, known as Jalan Keembong. It has a small [[golf course]], as well as more housing. The 4th section, Seroja, boasts mostly factory buildings. The section ''Teratai, also called Jalan Teratai, has two golf courses, and most of the residences are privately owned. The last area is Bakawali, or Jalan Bakawali. It has housing estate in the Northern and Southern area and a a central business area.
