Noblet Media CIS (or just NobletMedia) is a Ukrainian PR- and Lobbying company, and was created in 2004 by Zhenya Pankratieva, the former communication officer of Talan Communications. This agency is a affiliate of Edelman, world’s biggest independent PR company.[2] The company is located in Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. Company is the first agency network to cover CIS region: Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, Uzbekistan.[3][4]
History
Team began it's activity as Imageland Ukraine,[5][6] part of Imageland Russia. In 2008 Edelman buyed Imageland Russia without Imageland Ukraine.[7] Team of Imageland Ukraine founded Noblet Media CIS.[8]. Noblet Media CIS became Edelman's affiliate in 2008.
Since 2009 company conducts an annual survey of consumer confidence in the CIS PR & Communications Guide.
In 2010 Noblet Media CIS became #1 International PR company in Ukraine, according to Ukrainian Advertising Coalition.
In 2019 company took part in project of EBRD and Sweden. They promoted solid waste treatment project in Ukraine.[9]
Noblet Media CIS also took part in International project Mayors for Economic Growth.[10]
Operation
Now Noblet Media CIS among top communication agencies in Ukraine.
Since its establishment, company has implemented over 1,000 projects in virtually every business field. They have held over 300 press conferences, about 60 launches of new products, over 70 trainings and educational events, issued 10 corporate editions.[11]
In 2013 company was #2 in Ukraine.[12]
Company was also contractor of European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine.[13]
Founder
Zhenya Pankratieva is a CEO of Noblet Media CIS and Noblet CIS Etiquette and Protocol School. She is Bachelor of Business Administration (ICU Kiev-Vienna) and MBA in Finance and Economy (Ukrainian Institute of Economics). Ms Pankratieva graduated from The Protocol School of Washington and The English Manner. She has more than 25 years of working experience in public relations, corporate communications, corporate etiquette and protocol. She works with EBRD, The World Bank, Allianz Group, Bosch, Procter & Gamble, OSCE, British Council, MasterCard, McDonalds, Carlsberg, Shell, Chevron, Vattenfall, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, GSK, Bayer, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, SES, etc. Yevheniya Pankratieva is a member of International Public Relations Association (task manager of the CIS region), European Association of Communication Directors, ACC (American Chamber of Commerce). She was head of Communications and Public Relations Committee of European Business Association, US – Ukraine Business Council, British Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.[14]
She has 25 years of experience in the PR industry, starting her career with the Independent Agency, a USUkraine partnership, and later as PR director at PR&BRT Agency.[15]

In 2018 The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the OECD, with the support of the UNDP, organized a two-day seminar in Bishkek on "Business Integrity and Compliance in State-Owned Enterprises". More than 50 experts from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan gathered to discuss business standards and anti-corruption tools in state-owned enterprises. This is the second seminar on this topic, organized by the Noblet Media CIS team in the region.[27]
