C/2021 O3 (PanSTARRS) is a (near-) parabolic comet, discovered on 26 July 2021 from the Pan-STARRS sky survey. With 10 days of observation, it is expected to reach perihelion on 21 April 2022 at just 0.286 AU from the sun, possibly reaching 5-7 magnitude by late April 2022.[2][3]
