The Saddle Mountain Unified School District is the school district for students in pre-kindergarten to twelfth grade located in parts of Tonopah and Buckeye, Arizona. It serves these areas with four elementary schools (Ruth Fisher, Tartesso, Winters' Well, and Desert Sunset) and Tonopah Valley High School.

As of the 2022–23 school year, the district, comprising six schools, had an enrollment of 3,146 students and 158.0 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 19.9:1.[2]
