Adriana Ruano Oliva (born 26 June 1995) is a Guatemalan sports shooter.[2] She competed in the women's trap event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[3] She won the gold medal and set a new Olympic record in women's trap event at the 2024 Summer Olympics, the first ever gold medal for Guatemala at the Olympic Games.[4][5]

She originally trained as a gymnast. While in training for the 2011 world gymnasts championships which was a qualifier for the 2012 London Olympics, Ruano felt pain in her back which later proved to be six damaged vertebrae. Her doctor recommended that she take up shooting as rehabilitation from the injury.[6]
