SR 276 is the official designation by WSDOT for the northern half of the proposed Pullman Bypass. When the bypass is fully complete, it will form a complete ring around Pullman. It is likely that upon completion that it will be designated as SR 270 and the old SR 270 will be dropped from the highway system
