Replacing image and screenshot

I am in the process of replacing the WIKI image and the screenshot. For record, the previous ones are below. Fred Hsu (talk) 03:54, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Painting in ArtRage Artrage interface

Fair use rationale for Image:Artrage.jpg

Image:Artrage.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Ah. The old image Artrage.jpg can be delete. It is now replaced by a new screenshot of newer version of the software. The new screenshot also showcases a sample painting. Fred Hsu (talk) 03:40, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ArtRage Bundles

"Ink Art", the version of ArtRage that came bundled in the MS Experience Pack with my Tablet PC, contains a very limited subset of features and a somewhat different interface. It seems more like a technology demonstration. I am editing the article to reflect this.Jim Lipsey (talk) 16:59, 29 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just hoping for a neutral opinion on whether this site is suitable for adding as an external link? A squidoo lens /artrageondeviantart (As apparently squidoo... com is a blacklisted link in these pages, I'm assuming it's a no) I'm uncertain because it appears to fall in the gray area of personal webpages (I've read as much as I can find on here) but is also one of the only compilations of ArtRage artwork I know of outside of the homesite.
