Ian Douglas Fisher (born March 31, 1976 in Bradford, West Yorkshire) is an English cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and a left-arm slow bowler.

Fisher made his debut in 1996 during Yorkshire's preseason tour of Zimbabwe, and in his first innings took 5 for 35 against Mashonaland. However, the surge in form of Richard Dawson stopped Fisher from progressing with Yorkshire and he moved to Gloucestershire, where he excelled, taking 30 wickets and making his debut first-class century against Essex.

Fisher aided Gloucestershire to Division One in the championship in 2003.

In 2009 Fisher moved to Worcestershire.
