Removed picutres

I apologize to User:7 for using his picture. I did not know it was HIS personal picture, and I thought it was okay. But the other picture, File:San francisco in fog with rays.jpg, I do not understand why that was taken away, I found it at User:Ceranthor, and it is not HIS picture.
