Alysha Sarah Brillinger ( born Nov 3rd 1988 ) is a Canadian musician. Born in Mississauga, Ontario and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Alysha got her start in her early teens singing in local roots bands and at various festivals, including the Kitchener Blues Festival[1], where she was the 2007 winner of the Grande River Youth Legacy contest. Brillinger briefly attended Humber College's Jazz program in Toronto while playing local gigs and building a fanbase. In 2010, she was signed to LAVA/Universal Republic[2] and began recording her first full length album.
