New article name is Margaret Mann

Margaret Mann was a world renowned cataloguer and teacher of Library Science. She was born in 1873 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. From 1897-1902 she taught Library Science at the University of Illinois. She then moved on to become Head of the Cataloging Department at Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh.
