New article name is Guvera Guvera Limited is an unlisted public company in Australia, officed in New York USA, Sydney and Robina Australia. Guvera inked deals in 2009 and 2010 with Universal Music Group [1], EMI [2], The Orchard [3], IODA [4], and several rights bodies: APRA, AMCOS, BMI, Rightsflow, SESAC AND ASCAP [5].

Guvera delivers free downloads and streams from these labels via website www.guvera.com to consumers for free, paid for by advertisers - within what it calls "brand channels", which are mini destination sites branded by the advertisers and containing music chosen in part by the advertiser and the consumers searches.

Guvera's initial $10mm + has been funded by AMMA private investment out of Australia [6]

Guvera's advertising partners to date have included: Microsoft, McDonalds, Pepsi, Harley Davidson, Johnson & Johnson, Activision, Sprint, Geico, Victoria Secret, Mountain Dew, Schweppes, Dotti [7]
