Vince Promuto was an American football player who played guard for the Washington Redskins from 1960 to 1970.

Promuto attended Holy Cross College and was then drafted by the Redskins in the fourth round in the 1960 NFL Draft. He played 130 games in his career, all with Washington. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 1963 and 1964. He is a member of the Washington Redskins’ Ring of Fame.
