WUOT (91.9 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a Classical music format. Licensed to Knoxville, Tennessee, USA, the station serves the Knoxville area. The station is currently owned by University of Tennessee and features programing from American Public Media, National Public Radio and Public Radio International.[2][3] The station is also broadcast on HD radio.[4]

The station, which began operations in October 1949, primarily features classical music programming, but carries NPR news programs daily, as well as jazz music for ninety minutes every weeknight and all evening on Fridays and folk music Saturday evenings. WUOT is licensed to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and maintains studios on the campus. The station also carries programming from Public Radio International and American Public Media, two other public radio networks. WUOT broadcasts a signal covering most of central eastern Tennessee, extreme western North Carolina, and parts of southeastern Kentucky.
