Sylvia Cheeseman (born 19 May 1929) is a retired British track and field athlete, who competed mainly in the 100 metres.

Cheeseman competed for Great Britain in the 1952 Summer Olympics, held in Helsinki, Finland, in the 4 × 100 m relay, where she won the bronze medal with her team mates June Foulds, Jean Desforges and Heather Armitage.
