The Confederation of Malta Trade Unions (CMTU) is a national trade union center in Malta. It has a membership of 36,000.

Although the CMTU has no political alignment it has been seen as the choice of those who reject the General Workers' Union association with the Malta Labour Party.

The CMTU is affiliated with the World Confederation of Labour.
