Rugby League days

Mario played 270 first grade games in the ARL. He has played for the South Sydney Rabbitohs (167 games, 1981 - 1990), the North Sydney Bears (1991 - 94) and the South Queensland Crushers (1995).

Post Rugby League Career

Since Mario retired from League, he has been involved in the entertainmentt industry. He has been a regular contributer of The Footy Show, and has made a brief cameo in the film Footy Legends.
