Blazon: Quarterly, I and IV Or a lion rampant sable, armed and langued gules; II and III Or a lion rampant gules, armed and langued azure.

Français : Armes des comtes de Hainaut et de Hollande à partir de Jean Ier de Hainaut, elles deviennent celles du Hainaut.
Blasonnement: « Écartelé : au 1e et au 4e d'or au lion de sable, armé et lampassé de gueules », qui est de Flandre-Hainaut File:Arms of Flanders.svg « au 2e et au 3e d'or, au lion de gueules, armé et lampassé d'azur », qui est de Hollande

Nederlands: Wapen Hollandse Huis van de graven van Holland en Henegouwen.
