English: New Pacific Apartment Building, 2600-2604 1st Avenue, Belltown, Seattle, Washington. Designed by Henry Dozier (who also designed the landmark Dearborn House), it was built in 1904 for Dr. Lincoln Charles Neville (1863-1924), who intended to use the upper floors as a hospital with stores on the ground floor. Opening of the hospital was stopped when the building inspector and board of public works opposed to it sharing space with shops that could be prone to fire and the building was eventually converted to apartments. The building has city landmark status.
