Previously, I have speedily deleted the article as promotional; after an e-mail request from the user (who claimed some amount of third-party coverage), I undeleted it to allow it to be cleaned up. Even though the page has been listed at Wikipedia:Cleanup for two weeks, it has only undergone cosmetic edits from the creator.
