The result was merge to The Pattern (The Chronicles of Amber). The consensus is to merge. Note that no consensus has been formed herein about renaming the merge target article, which can be discussed further at Talk:The Pattern (The Chronicles of Amber) if desired. This topic seems to fail WP:GNG. Talk:The_Chronicles_of_Amber#Merge_from_The_Pattern_(The_Chronicles_of_Amber)_and_The_Logrus ended with no consensus. The Pattern might, just might, be notable (see Talk:The Pattern (The Chronicles of Amber)#Notability) but The Logrus is not. I am afraid there is little to do here now other than just to decide where to merge the tiny reception section added recently (sadly, IMHO, not sufficient to warrant keeping this due to coverage being in passing and failing WP:SIGCOV) followed by a redirect (either to The Pattern (The Chronicles of Amber) or The Chronicles of Amber...). My preference would be The Pattern and then renaming that article into The Pattern and the Logrus. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 10:46, 12 December 2021 (UTC)

- Merge with The Pattern (The Chronicles of Amber) to The Pattern and the Logrus as suggested, though I think beyond the reception section, there is definition + some amount of plot summary to merge so that the reader can properly understand. The treatment in secondary sources I have seen is rather limited, and much of what there is is in contrast to the Pattern, so I think a combining both topics is more beneficial than keeping the Logrus separate at this point. I definitely so no reason to delete what we have, seeing that there are some secondary sources, so I am not sure why we are discussing that in a deletion rather than a merge discussion on the Logrus' talk page (the no-consensus result of the Talk:The_Chronicles_of_Amber#Merge_from_The_Pattern_(The_Chronicles_of_Amber)_and_The_Logrus focused on merging both to The Chronicles of Amber notwithstanding). - Merge per above. Artw (talk) 18:31, 12 December 2021 (UTC)
- Merge as the Logrus has no existence outside the fictional franchise and the Pattern and its incarnations (we see four instances of the pattern, IIRC, in the first five books) have much greater coverage. This should be kept as a redirect, because there's no reason it would be used for anything else, but I'm agreed it does not need to remain as a standalone article. ETA: I think The Pattern (The Chronicles of Amber) is a good merge target, and I don't favor renaming per nom, because the existing title is where people familiar with Wikipedia naming conventions would expect to find it, and only a minority of searches for this pattern would care about, or even be aware of, the Logrus.
