Seems like WP:TOOSOON. In-depth coverage limited to niche WP:INTERVIEWS. No awards for himself yet (his recent film won some niche awards). Thoughts? Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 09:23, 11 November 2019 (UTC)

- Delete Per nom and he hasn't won notable awards for his film Artik. مضحرالعجایب (talk) 17:39, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
KeepEdited again and added sourced for a notable award for his film Artik, it won award from Dragon Con and the source [1]Powertolife (talk) 18:03, 18 November 2019 (UTC)- Awards for his film don't extend to personal awards. WP:NOTINHERITED. Film directors need to win awards that are 'for them'. Awards for a particular movie are shared by everyone involved in that movie. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 02:29, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
- But all the sources for him are valid and yes i agree with you, his film only won Best features. Correct me if i am wrong, he have a notable film and interview from valid sources, It should allow him to stay in Wikipedia page and its a stub page. Powertolife (talk) 05:28, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
- WP:INTERVIEW is not the best source. And the awards are minor. DragonCon is not Oscars, I don't think that a producer whose short movie won a niche award like this is encyclopedic. Where do we draw the line? Nobody has called him an important person and described his contributions to the field, he faols WP:NCREATIVE. For me, sorry, it's WP:TOOSOON yet. But we will see what others think, the comments are split. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 05:32, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
- WP:INTERVIEW Edited the page and added a source from dreadcentral.com and dailydead.com interview of Tom Botchii, dailydead.com, dreadcentral.com, horrorchannel.co.uk and nofspodcast.com interviews can take as secondary sources because this sources are used by other Wikipedia articles too, I understand your point too and lets see what others think...Thank you Powertolife (talk) 06:47, 19 November 2019 (UTC)

- Weak Delete. The sources indicate he is approaching notability, but there is just not enough quality RS to pass WP:SIGCOV. WP:TOOSOON applies here.4meter4 (talk) 20:02, 19 November 2019 (UTC)
KeepHis notable work Artik, as you said he is approaching to notability, Many one feature film director's have Articles and why not him.. I also feel WP:TOOSOON should not be applied here based on his sources Powertolife (talk) 07:42, 20 November 2019 (UTC)- Delete. Powertolife, you only get to vote once. Repeating yourself isn't going to get the article kept. Bondegezou (talk) 21:02, 23 November 2019 (UTC)
