It's a tradition according to him but why is his younger brother Abubakar not wearing it?

Does anyone know what his reason(s) are for not wearing the blonde traditional wig?

Khabib made it his "thing" to wear it to the fight/weighins... People in Dagestan don't normally walk around wearing them nowadays I'm assuming. That's more of a hat you wear when you are herding sheep in the winter in the snowy mountains.

His brother doesn't wear it because he doesn't feel like wearing it, I guess...

Its called a papakha and its traditional Dagestani wear..
