The new Parliament building in Valletta will open its doors to the public for viewing, this coming Saturday, between 9.00am and 4pm and again on Sunday, between 9.00am and 1.00pm.
The Speaker’s Office said that during the 2 days a number of events are being organised, including an art exhibition by prison inmates from Corradino.
On Saturday at 10.00am, the Speaker will launch a new book, Winning People’s Hearts: How Social Inclusion Informed the 2013 Malta General Election Campaign,’ a book by Professor Paul A. Bartolo, from the – Education Research Monograph Series.
Edited by Professor Carmel Borg, who is also editor of the Malta Review of Educational Research (MRER), ERMS is a new, peer-reviewed book series which focuses on specialised and interdisciplinary issues related to education.
ERMS is intended to enable researchers from many disciplines to share their findings and, as a result, stimulate dialogue on established and emerging topics in education within the international community of researchers, practitioners, students and other stakeholders interested in the field.
The monograph series considers bibliographical works as well as empirical studies that employ mixed methods for data gathering and analysis.
