Andrew William Skolnick, Member Attorney

Andrew W. Skolnick received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in 1989 and obtained his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1992. Mr. Skolnick's practice includes all aspects of federal and state civil litigation in matters involving professional malpractice, commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, personal injury, product liability, probate disputes, and consumer class actions. Mr. Skolnick also represents claimants in workers' compensation matters. Prior to joining Hurwitz, Sagarin, Slossberg & Knuff, Mr. Skolnick represented litigants in civil cases for more thirteen years. He has obtained numerous successful jury verdicts on behalf of both individuals and businesses.

Mr. Skolnick is admitted to practice in the Connecticut state courts as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut. His professional affiliations include long standing memberships in the Connecticut Bar Association, New Haven County Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and American Bar Association.
