Dr. Allen is the absolute best orthodontist! I was so nervous after my consultation but he really took his time to explain everything in such detail and in a way for me to easily understand and feel comfortable. I saw immediate results within the first 30 days of my braces! I had a 24 month treatment plan, we did go over a little but he is a perfectionist and is going to make sure his patients have the best smile possible before the removal, and I really appreciated that! Not only is he outstanding at his profession but he is an amazing person! His bubbly and outgoing personality is always a pleasure. His staff, from the front desk to his dental assistants were all always top tier at there positions as well! Each visit felt like going to visit a favorite family member, that’s how well I was taken care of each time I entered his office. Marc Allen Orthodontics gets10 stars from me! (Also! He works with a wide range age group, so I’ll be returning with my 10 year old daughter, for him to perfect her smile as well!)

I met Dr. Allen and his team when i was just a fresh teenager— I am 26 now! And let me tell you it has been a pleasure to have someone of his expertise and personality to come in and change your life and confidence for the better! My smile used to be a huge insecurity and the way he pays attention to detail and precision is truly art! He doesn't rush the process and he's very passionate and considerate. Anyone would be lucky to have him as an orthodontist. Not to mention he makes the journey fun for everyone. He gave my mom and I tickets to Beyonce and Bruno Mars!!! I will always refer someone to him for any ortho needs!

We love having Marc Allen Ortho in Huntersville for our orthodontics needs. Oh my gosh, our experience at Dr. Marc Allen Orthodontist was AMAZING!! My 15 year old son’s teeth turned out PERFECT!! He even got his braces off early.Dr. Marc Allen is a funny, witty, talented perfectionist, exactly what you want for an orthodontist!His SUPER FRIENDLY ortho assistants are kind, gentle, patient and genuinely interested in their patients. They are all so cheerful and clearly happy to work there. It truly makes a difference when you go somewhere and can see the people are happy in their jobs.What a great experience we had. Even when we had emergency calls, they would attend to every need day or night!Even the office staff worked with our family to get the best payment program that fit our families needs.The atmosphere in the office has something for everyone. There is news and adult tv, and cartoons and children’s programs on for the kiddos. The office design is cool and hip and really has a fun vibe, and doesn’t look like a typical “doctor’s office.”The office is conveniently located right off exit 23 in Huntersville.We truly had a great experience coming to Dr. Allen and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthotics.

Dr.Allen and staff is very courteous, professional and kind. Every time I come in for an appointment I’m provided with someone that is always positive and in good spirits. I love that he takes pride in his craft and perfecting it. I love that even though he is a doctor he is very personable with all his patients and he is always, always willing to help. There is simply no better option in the Carolina's than Dr. Allen. He did my braces when I was a 29 year old adult over 20 years ago and I'm still thrilled with his work so when my kids needed braces, he was the first place I called. However, unlike myself both my twins had major orthodontic issues requiring a partnership with their Dentist, and a Periodontist. Dr. Allen lead the care plan coordinating with the other two doctors and over the course of a couple years truly transformed their entire mouths, not just their smiles. When you speak to Dr. Allen you realize that he has committed his life to the art and science of orthodontics; simply put he is brilliant in his trade. He and his staff provided professional and personalized care that was truly life changing for my kids. They both now have amazing smiles that they're proud of. These beautiful smiles will open doors for them for the rest of their life. I never dreamed that their smiles could have been transformed so profoundly. I had been struggling with migraines, nearly daily, for a long time. I saw multiple different doctors all which had no real answers for me as to why I was getting migraines nor how to help them other than over the counter medication (which also didn’t really help). After talking with Dr. Allen he mentioned I should come in for an occlusal adjustment, I.e. a bite adjustment, as he believed this would solve my migraines right away. Turns out he was right! After a quick trip to Dr. Allen and a quick and painless bite adjustment, I have yet to have a migraine since and it’s been about a month! So thankful for Dr. Allen’s expertise and ability to recognize a problem just from a quick conversation. Highly recommend that anyone visit Dr. Allen for migraines, braces, etc. He really knows his stuff!
