UF Fall commencement scheduled for Dec. 17 and 18
Nearly 4,000 students are expected to receive their degrees during the Fall 2021 Commencement weekend on Dec. 17 and 18 in the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center.
Astrophysicist David Reitze will speak at the doctoral ceremony, and President Kent Fuchs will speak at the master's and bachelor's ceremonies.
The Fall 2021 graduates come from 67 countries and 47 states. Out of the 4,189 degrees conferred, 253 will be awarded to first-generation students. The youngest graduate is a 19-year-old telecommunications major. The oldest graduate is 66 years old and receiving a master's degree in urban and regional planning.
