A King Is Born

Today the children took part in a performance of A King Is Born. The children have been practising with their friends and key people for the last seven weeks. These rehearsals often provide a great deal of entertainment for the staff, particularly with the children requesting that they play the part of a leopard rather than a shepherd, insisting they would rather be a cowboy than a wise man and when asked to practise their bow for the first time the children chanted the word bow in perfect unison whilst standing perfectly upright! Today they delivered a faultless performance to an audience of over 100 people. Well done to all of the children that took part and a huge thank you to all of the parents, carers, grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends who came to support the children today. We hope you enjoyed the performance as much as we did.
