PROS: WorkflowMax is a complete solution that boosts our project tracking efficiency, ease and accuracy. It is suitable for our company setup wherein multiple small departments work simultaneously for each project. Thanks to its convenient updates and alerts that all teams can easily see, and its communication platform that supports group discussions. It is easy for managers to supervise and assist each team through the tool as well. All of these have greatly increased our stellar performance, which is perfect for us to hustle through each task smoothly.

CONS: We encounter implementation errors every now and then, which significantly impede our workflow because we need to go through lengthy processes to solve it and proceed to our job. Its UI is also somehow difficult to use for newbies; although, it works well for advanced users. And we often receive notifications for paid add-on offers, even if we’re already on the premium deal.

These make the platform suitable for companies that handle time-sensitive projects, such as construction, engineering, architecture, creative enterprises and accountancy among others. However, one must put extra focus on managing costs, since it demands accurate reporting according to plans and implementations.

CONS: I feel the reporting feature lacks many options, such as better capacities of digging through data, as well as tweaking filters while keeping other parts of a report. We can’t churn out a personalized report from an old one too, regardless of its report type. Also, we cannot directly sync the cost section of a report to the purchase order, or instantly connect an invoice copy to the cost. These are important because cost needs to be highly accurate in our construction project all the time.

PROS: This is an easy to use but powerful project management platform with a great time tracking feature. Authorized people can easily open projects, and see the amount of time spent on each one. It is seamless to locate projects through a dependable numbering feature as well.

CONS: The platform can become too clunky when there are too many projects on the dashboard. We do not think it is an actual problem with the tool, however, since it is about the quantity of workloads it handles.

PROS: This cloud-based project manager is really terrific for the business! Seamless to use, highly intuitive, amazing adaptability, and carries complete useful features. It lets me check a project’s overview instantly through its interface, and it efficiently tracks timesheets for invoicing. And it comes in reasonable price deals that suit my demands too.

CONS: The personalized reports are hard to browse. Also, it doesn’t come with a built-in inventory tool.

PROS: Super adaptable and very easy to use, especially that it has proficient user support and useful webinar features. It syncs perfectly with other cloud storage such as Dropbox, Box, Xero and Google Drive. Also, it optimizes teamwork since all authorized staff can access projects and cloud storage smoothly. Moreover, it has great price packages that are easy to pay.

CONS: The integration system needs some boost. That would make the platform more efficient especially for large-scale usage.

PROS: We have customized the platform so it would suit our company and processes perfectly, and we love the results because it follows our project management tasks in detail. It seamlessly syncs with other useful tools, and it lets us handle reporting without hassles. This helps us accurately calculate all company expenses such as payroll and travel costs. It really meets our demands, which is a great help for completing all our tasks.

CONS: We experience some difficulties with the platform such as when setting up and while on actual use, so we hope comprehensive guide videos and articles would become available. The “To-Do” section of a task cannot accommodate projects with lengthy instructions, thus we need to note it directly under a task. Clients are confused when they receive emails from us too since the project numbers are included on the subject line of each email. This is why I need to forward emails, instead of directly sending them to clients. It also needs improvements when talking about iPad usability, and pop-out features fail every now and then. Moreover, we’ve ended up doing some tweaks with the setup after the initial installation.
