refbase is a web-based bibliographic manager which can import and export references in various formats (including BibTeX, Endnote, MODS XML, and OpenOffice). It can make formatted lists of citations and offers powerful searching, rich metadata, and RSS.

Easy interface, everything seems to work perfectly.

We have been using refbase since spring 2009 and have four specific bibliographic databases in use. I am hoping to bring up a generic libraries bibliographic database sometime in 2013 for all of our librarians to use. Being open source is a huge plus as we are in an academic library (read "little money"). The support is awesome, the community very helpful, and it is highly customizable. Great product!
