I'm just saying maybe focus more on the strategy of the deck. what if you got rid of most of the other cards that have less combos in the deck. imagine if you only had cards like Holy Day,Kami of False HopeSilence and Fireball. also more tutors.

Cool, thanks for your good suggestions and ideas! :) I really didn't have Eel Umbra on my screen. But instead of Hyena Umbra, I would probably replace Angelic Renewal with it. That way there would be room for an instant protection effect and instead there's one more card that gives +1/+1. What do you think about that?
Settle the Wreckage sounds good, but I wouldn't include it for the same reason I took AEtherize or Illusionist's Gambit out of the deck: They are too expensive and instead I rely on a good mix of spot and group targets. If only a single creature is attacking, it's not worth using a Holy Day. With the lure removals you would want to distract from the danger of the commander, correct? In my experience, Isperia isn't usually seen as a threat at the table, it tends to be seen as "underpowered" (even after multiple games). When she's on the table, someone else often already has something nasty and big ;-)

Hiya friend, I assume you're talking about Commander Format.
Blue and white are the colors for buying time: Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, AEtherize, Holy Day, Silence, Counterspell.
Green has "Fogs", namesake Fog, Spore Frog, etc.
If you want to slowly "burn" your opponents, red and black are your friends: Impact Tremors, Blood Artist.
I'd recommend to do a little research and be creative, but, top of my head, maybe you'd like a Kykar, Wind's Fury deck, play the "buying time" enchantments, hold countermagic and other interaction, use the tokens to burn players, etc!

Return from Exile

I like the concept, but I think this concept could be honed a bit more... A few spells to consider:
Hour of Revelation/Devastating Mastery/Planar Cleansing/Perilous Vault - these works on everything, not just creatures. So they're a good bit broader and effective against more decks. And they also opens to the door to use spells like Journey to Nowhere or Chained to the Rocks.
Since you plan on using wraths to wipe the board, spells like Path to Exile don't seem quite a useful as normal. Perhaps protection spells like Brave the Elements might be more useful - instead of removing early threats, you could block without your creatures dying. And later in the game, you can use it to evade any blockers an opponent might muster after your wrath.
I'm a little concerned there aren't many creatures in this deck and many of them have rather high MV. I wonder if something like Holy Day might also be more useful than Path to Exile in keeping you in the game long enough for your plan to work.

Fun stuff! I have some thoughts. I hope you find something useful, but no worries if you don't!
White is really where it's at with enchantments and the graveyard, namely Hall of Heliod's Generosity. I'd imagine if that were the only thing you needed white mana for, you could probably pretty often get by with a Birds of Paradise and maybe something like a Fertile Ground or Prismatic Omen. However, there are some other nice white spells that might prove just as helpful to you - Sacred Ground and Terra Eternal.
I don't play competitive MTG, but it's my understanding that in fast formats like Modern, you don't really need or even want repeatable/permanent solutions to threats your opponents might have. What we want are fast, efficient, and broadly applicable answers that buy us just enough time to gain enough advantage to win. So my advice - and do take this as a humble suggestion and not any sort criticism - is to forget the artifact defenses (and enchantments I mention above) and focus on having the mana available to cast your counterspells and/or add some low MV protection spells like Tamiyo's Safekeeping or Heroic Intervention and also a Fog/Holy Day or two.
I'd also say that while Drift of Phantasms is decent, I've come to prefer card advantage over tutors. It always seems like it too much to spend 3MV on a cantrip tutor that also reveals your threat. If you wait until you have enough mana to tutor a card, cast it, and have the mana to protect it for two turns, you're already looking at something like T10 without a synergized ramp in place. And that's probably just too slow for [competitive] modern. So, personally, and again, I'm not interested in competitive play, so feel free to ignore me, but I prefer spells like Harmonize for the card advantage and broader range of impact in getting me what I need, even if it is more of a gamble than a tutor. If you keep the artifact defense, you might consider Thoughtcast.
As much as I like what you're trying to do, I'd want an extra land or two, even with the Birds of Paradise. As little as I like it, I've come to believe 22+ lands is usually worth it, especially in a deck that's counting on casting multiple 3MV spells for their win-con.
I like a lot of things about Verdant Command, but I haven't found it useful enough in my little playgroup to warrant a full set in a mainboard.
My final piece of advice is to use the 'Copy Deck' feature here to make forks of this to try out things I suggested (and other ideas you might have). I find it so useful to have multiple builds of the same deck to playtest and compare what's really helping, what isn't, what's fun, what's slow, etc.

it's looking a lot better! Keep at it!
I suggest swapping out Marble Chalice for Chalice of Life Flip.
As a rule of thumb, I usually aim for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 removal spells. Including Royal Assassin, you're at 11 right now. I'd suggest moving Feed the Serpent and Make Your Move to the sideboard. That will reduce your deck from 65 to 62. I'd cut Murder completely, as it's a less good version of Breathe Your Last, and I'd increase Breathe Your Last from 2 copies to 4. I believe that will bring you total to 60 spells, and bring your removal spells to 6 I think, which is 2 more than most decks. Remember that even at the casual, budget level, Modern is a very fast and powerful format. There are plenty of very cheap infinite combo decks out there that can win by Turn 3, so while it can be vital to disrupt your opponent with removal spells (etc), you will likely only get the chance to cast 1-3 removal spells in game. You'll still want to cast creature spells and in the early turns (1-4) you'll often have to choose which one spell you should cast.
You've still got the troublesome issue of quite a few spells that require 2 black mana to cast. As a rule of thumb, it's always harder to cast spells that require two the same color mana to cast in deck running more than one color. It's not impossible, but can definitely become a bothersome roadblock, especially without any dual lands.
Finally, I'm only about half sold on Dazzling Reflection. I can see how powerful it could be, but I also think it's a bit hyper specific in it's utility. I wonder if you might get more mileage out of a good old Holy Day or the worse MV of Riot Control that has a broader effect.

Coward_Token, why does Mark Rosewater believe that white does not need Fog/Holy Day effects?

Coward_Token, I feel that Holy Day makes more sense than does Fog, so I am rather displeased that WotC has not reprinted that card nearly as often as they have reprinted Fog; is not white supposed to be the best color at healing and protection?
